Description

Internal and external alterations to install thermal insulation to elements of solid ground floor, internal face of external walls and within the roof construction. Add secondary glazing to windows and rooflights, install fresh air vents, a mechanical ventilation heat recovery plant (MVHR) in attic. Replace two gas boilers and flues with electric boiler. Install roof outlet to vent heat from MVHR. Install minor ducting in cloakroom areas, and make associated minor alterations arising.
