Description

Installation of air source heat pump in rear private garden with associated system following removal of oil fired boiler system. Removal of Oil tank from the garden and existing boiler system removed. Hot water tank on first floor to be superseded by compatible water cycliner, to be positioned in cupboard left vacant by decommissioned oil boiler on ground floor. Five radiators to be upgraded. Radiators in living room and bedroom 1 moved to next adjacent wall due to increased radiator size required. Where pipework will be extended, these pipes run alongside the wall so no new chasing will be required
