Description

We are seeking to remove the Roble Beech tree marked T1 on the attached Tree Protection Plan and Tree Report dated 2024. The tree was previously described as "fair" condition. However it has deteriorated and is in a very poor condition in comparison to the adjacent healthy Beech tree. Please see attached photographs x4 showing this. The Roble Beech is approximately 5m away from the new house outline. We week to remove it and replace it with a healthy new Beech tree to be located 10m away from the outline of the house. Please see attached Tree Protection Plan onto which the site of the new tree has been added.
