Shading immediate environs. Overhanging paths and parking bays. Work has been undertaken previously. Tree will maintain attractive form and structure. All cuts to BS 3998(2010) T2- Cherry - tip reduce width by 1 - 2m to give more compact form.T3 - Laurel - Pollard to 2m height. Suppressed by T1. Extensive decay in trunk at 2m. What little of crown it possesses overhangs low over parking bays.
