Description
T1- Purple plum tree, close to house, 8m tall. - We propose to reduce the tree by approximately 30% (2.5m) in height, and reduce the spread by approximately 2m. This is because the tree is encroaching and touching the house. We also propose to selectively prune the epicormic growth in the interior canopy to allow more light to filter through, as the tree is situated directly in front of the living room window.T2 - Cherry (prunus avium) - 10m tall - We propose to remove the lowest branch extending 8m over the lawn and encroaching the rest of the garden. We will then also do a 2m reduction on the rest of the cherry to leave its final height and spread at around 8m Tall and 7m wide. We will also remove the significant deadwood throughout the crown. The tree is in good health and would react well to the pruning suggested above.T3- Silver birch (betula pendula) - 12m tall - We propose to reduce the height of the birch, cutting to a suitable growth point and leaving the tree looking natural and standing at around 9m tall. We also plan to remove the lowest branch which is extending about 5m over the lawn.
