Ash tree at the rear of the garages is to receive a reduction away from the property, this is to stop this tree from being a legal nuisance. 2. Cut back the extreme amount of vegetation that is overhanging the resident path at the rear of the property, this is also nearly touching the property. This is to be pruned back to fence line.3. Willow is to be reduced by 2 metres to alleviate the stresses in the main union, this work will reduce the risk of failure significantly.
