Fenestration types amended to comply with building control (drawings 5200-PL100 PL2, PL200 PL2, PL201 PL2, PL202 PL2, PL203 PL2, PL204 PL2, PL205 PL2, PL206 PL2 & PL207 PL2), and dormers to side elevations to Plots 9 and 10 have been increased in height to allow head room over staircases. (drawings PL206 PL2, PL207 PL2 & PL208 PL2) can be considered as an non-material amendments to granted consent 21/00430/FULL.
