Section 211 - T1-10 : Rear Garden - Right Hand Boundary, 10 Lime Trees re-pollard height and sides to previous cutting points, (6-7m off height, 3m off sides).The adjacent property a care home has complained about lack of light to their property because of the Trees and their size. 3 years ago a compromise was made as the tenant of the Vicarage did not want the height touched and sides only trimmed to keep a privacy screen. The Vicarage is now empty, as the Diocese wait to appoint a new Vicar and would like to pollard the Lime Trees back to the original pollarding points, to solve the problem of the light to the care home and be a considerate neighbour.
