Description

Wetland enhancement project to include the creation of additional scrapes to create muddy edges for feeding opportunities, using the earth from scrape creation to install a shallow (0.5m) perimeter bund within the anti-predator fence exclusion zone to reduce water drainage from low-ways. Proposed splitting of site into three separate hydrological compartments by creating a tiered system with one-way flow to give a higher level of control over water levels. The site will be enclosed by a 2.3m (maximum) barrier predator exclusion fence around the perimeter.
