For information: Tree has been implicated in instance of differential movement and damage at 56 Kenilworth Place ('engineer has determined on a preliminary basis that the damage to the property, its location and the likely mechanism of movement, and has concluded that the building failure is related to differential subsidence damage caused as a result of the action of vegetation likely to be influencing soil moisture levels beneath the foundations of the property'). An Arboricultural Assessment Report ref. 270358 has been carried out by Property Risk International Ltd, with the above recommendation made for T7 on the basis that the tree would not respond well (physiologically or structurally) to the severe level of crown reduction pruning required.
