Listed Building Consent to re-roof the single storey roof area within the Presbytery courtyard replacing the existing slate roof finish with simulated lead Topseal GRP. Renew in Topseal GRP the abutment flashings and trims, replace the existing two roof-lights with new double glazed rooflights, renew the existing uPVC gutters and downpipes to this roof area with new cast iron rainwater goods.
