Submission of details pursuant to Conditions 2.4 and Condition 1.30 of Planning Permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Area to provide updated versions of the Zonal Floorspace Schedule and the Floorspace Thresholds for Building Zones Schedule to reflect a change of 100sqm of Class B1 development floorspace to Class C3 development floorspace within Building Zone MQ1 in the Market Quarter Development Zone related to the delivery of Plot 24. This application also includes a submission pursuant to Condition 1.30 to make associated amendments to the defined terms within the Glossary to Conditions within Section 73 Planning Permission F/04687/13 to reflect the proposed changes
