Description

Installation of 2no. air source heat pumps (ASHPs) and 2no. water source heat pumps (WSHPs) in the boiler house area to the north of the site with associated removal of redundant services, and other associated works to retrofit the boiler house including, new metal mesh fencing around ASHPs, partial removal of cladding to south side, replacement of doors and frames, creation of new opening in east and south elevations, replacement of roof covering, new external lighting above external doors and to the new mesh fencing, acoustic enclosures around ASHPs. Installation of 3no. louvres to the existing colonnade building. New UKPN termination box enclosure (Amendment to 25/0864/LBC)
