Variation of condition 7 (EV Charging Points) of planning permission reference 24/5630/FUL dated 06/10/25 for 'Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of two storey building with basement level and rooms in the roofspace comprising 6no. residential units. Associated refuse/recycling and cycle storage. Associated basement parking and EV charging point.' Variation to include change the wording of the condition from 'Prior to occupation of the development, full details of the electric vehicle charging points to be installed in the development shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. These details shall include provision with electric vehicle charging facilities (1 active and 5 passive).
