Variation to include change the wording of the condition from 'Prior to occupation of the development, full details of the electric vehicle charging points to be installed in the development shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. These details shall include provision with electric vehicle charging facilities (1 active and 5 passive).
