Variation of condition 14 (Public Highway Works) of planning permission 23/3951/FUL dated 21/12/2023 for 'Demolition of swimming pool and shed and the erection of a new shed and a part single storey/part two storey terraced development to provide 8no. residential dwellings. Associated car and cycle parking and landscaping.' Variation to include changes to the wording of condition 14 involving the removal of the wording 'prior to first occupation of the development' New wording proposed - 'No works on the public highway including creation or modification of a vehicular access or reinstatement of redundant accesses as a result of the proposed development within either phase shall be carried out until detailed design drawings have been submitted and approved by the Highway Authority and works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved plans. The applicant will be expected to enter into an agreement with the Highways Authority under Section 184/278 of the Highways Act, for these works and reinstatement of any consequential damage to public highway as a result of the proposed development. All off-site highway works shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Local Highway Authority'
