1 x Horse Chestnut (applicants ref. T1) - Reduce side of canopy above neighbouring school playground and seating area by approximately 3.2m to reduce loading on stem with cavities present and reduce the likelihood of limb failure. Reduce the established epicormic stems to the left of the pen by 2m to suitable pruning points. Remove low hanging branches to a height just above the red line to suitable pruning points.
