Variation of condition 2 (Approved plans) of planning permission reference 20/5029/S73 dated 03/12/2025 for "Application pursuant to Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act to vary Condition 3 (approved plans) of planning permission 20/2332/CON dated 3rd September 2020 for the erection of a part two, part three storey building with roof terrace to accommodate a visitor centre (Class B1) including exhibition space and flexible ground floor commercial space (Class A3/B1) to accommodate either a café or additional floorspace for visitor centre, with associated earthworks, servicing, cycle parking and landscaping. Amendments are proposed to the site landscaping; internal configuration of spaces; building footprint; set back second storey; building height; location of entrances to building and fenestration. The amendments result in an increase to the building floorspace of 39m2 Gross internal area (GIA) -740m2 to 779m2; and an overall building height increase of 195mm -12,530mm increased to 12,725mm -including lift overrun".
