Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to Reserved Matters Approval 20/5534/RMA dated 28 April 2021 in respect of Claremont Park Road (Part 2) and High Street South within Phase 2 (Plots) sub-phase of planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration area. The proposed amendments seek to update Condition 1 (Approved Drawings) in order to accommodate the following amendments: -Conversion and extension of two visitor car parking bays into a servicing bay;-Relocation of a street tree to the east of the existing car parking bays to a new location further to the east along Merchant Street; and-Associated relocation of the raised tabletop in the road layout further east.
