Non material amendment to planning permission 24/3701/S73 dated 25/02/2025 for 'Variation of condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission reference 19/5453/FUL dated 28/02/20 for "Conversion and alterations (including demolition of rear modern extension) of Oak Lodge to create residential units.
