Description

Reserved Matters Application relating to the layout, scale, appearance, access and landscaping for Plot 24 comprising: two blocks of Residential (C3 Use) with flexible commercial (Use Class A1/A2/A3/A4/A5/D2) at ground floor of Block 24B only. Block 24A is up to 13 storeys in height and block 24B up to 23 storeys, associated car and cycle parking, servicing and access, public realm, landscaping are also included. Additionally new highway infrastructure and associated public realm is proposed at a lower level to the north of the buildings. The application is submitted pursuant to Conditions 1.3(v) and 2.1 in relation to the Phase 5E sub-phase of planning permission F/04687/13 (dated 23rd July 2014) for the comprehensive mixed use redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Area. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement of Compliance.
