Non-material amendment to planning permission reference H/01054/13 dated 20/11/13 to amend the wording of condition 3 (currently reads - Applications for the approval of reserved matters (being layout, scale, appearance, access and landscaping) pursuant to the phases of the outline planning permission shall be made to the Local Planning Authority before the expiration of 12 years from the date of this permission.) to read - 'Applications for the approval of reserved matters (being layout, scale, appearance, access and landscaping) pursuant to the phases of the outline planning permission shall be made to the Local Planning Authority before the expiration of 17 years from the date of this permission.' To allow applications for the approval of reserved matters pursuant to the phases of the outline planning permission before the expiration of 17 years from the date of this permission
