Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to Reserved Matters Approval 21/4063/RMA dated 22/10/2021 (as amended by 23/0869/NMA dated 28/04/2023 and 24/5490/NMA dated 07/02/2025) for Plot 25 within the Phase 4A sub-phase of planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration area. The proposed amendments seek to update Condition 1 (Approved Drawings) and amend the wording of Condition 10 (Door Openings) to allow the outward opening of doors at ground floor level on the eastern and southern elevations and at the lower ground floor level on the northern elevations of the building.
