Description

Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to planning permission reference 24/4727/FUL dated 23/12/2024 for the 'Erection of a single storey structure to western facade of ground floor retail unit within Plot 13 to provide covered seating area for restaurant use'. Amendments include:- Replacement of the solid roof over the rear enclosed section with a lightweight louvered roof;- Replacement of the retractable canopy infill over the front open section with a louvered system;- Reduction in the overall height of the structure by 1,000mm;- Substitution of sliding/folding doors with sliding doors; and- Slight repositioning of the front offset columns
