Description

Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 13 with reference 18/6337/RMA (as amended by 20/1209/NMA dated 24th September 2020, 20/5693/NMA dated 1st April 2021, 21/5982/NMA dated 12 August 2022, 23/0621/NMA dated 9 March 2023, 23/5027/NMA dated 19th January 2024, 24/4681/NMA dated 13 December 2024 and 25/1456/NMA under consideration), pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The following changes are proposed:- Changes to Condition 1 to amend parking layout and allow for parking of vehicles from Plot 11,- Changes to Condition 1 and Condition 4 to allow for greater flexibility of use through the introduction of D2 Use Class.
