The proposed amendments include changes to condition 1 (Approved Plans) comprising changes to the layout of Car parking within the basement of Plot 12 to accommodate a number of car parking spaces for residents of Plot 11 and changes to the Tertiary Street to the east of Plot 12 to include two new drop off bays associated with the nursery in Plot 11 and adjustments to the footpath and pedestrian crossing to reflect amendments to the car parking entrance in Plot 11.
