Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to planning permission 19/2291/FUL dated 18 October 2019, as amended by: 20/2817/NMA approved 14/07/2020, 20/5467/NMA approved 31/03/2021 and 21/1849/NMA approved 17/06/2021 for the provision of a new neighbourhood park (Claremont Park) as part of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme (F/04687/13 approved 23/07/2014). The proposed amendments relate to Condition 2 (Approved Drawings) including amendment to the general layout to reflect the existing Claremont Way including changes to paths, tree planting, lighting columns, planter islands and soft landscaping.
