Description

Reserved Matters Application relating to layout, scale, appearance, access and landscaping in respect of new highway infrastructure and associated public realm on land to the east of Plot 42 and Plot 43 (being the Spine Road North (Part 1) item of Critical Infrastructure) and on land to the west of Plot 42 and Plot 43 (southern extension to Railway Street) (both within Phase 5D); and on land to the north of Plot 44 (within Phase 5A) comprising: new carriageway and footways; landscaping; cycle parking; and components to partly deliver the Transport Interchange T1 item of Critical Infrastructure (specifically, parking provision for motorcycles, taxis and bus stands) pursuant to Condition 2.1 and Condition 17.1 attached to planning permission (Ref. F/04687/13) for the comprehensive mixed use redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Area. This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement of Compliance and is subject to the Nineteenth Deed of Variation (dated 9th April 2026) to the S106 Agreement attached to Section 73 Planning Permission F/04687/13.
