Description

Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 13 with reference 18/6337/RMA (as amended by 20/1209/NMA dated 24th September 2020, 20/5693/NMA dated 1st April 2021, 21/5982/NMA dated 12 August 2022, 23/0621/NMA dated 9 March 2023, 23/5027/NMA dated 19th January 2024 and 24/4681/NMA dated 13 December 2024), pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The following changes are proposed:-Fire Access Switch Added (North-West and North-East Elevations);-Secondary Entrance Canopies removed from Cores A and D (North-West and North-East Elevations);-Bifold doors changed to Trifold (North-West, North-East and South-West Elevations);-Rainwater pipe added to canopy (South-West Elevation);-A1/D2 unit door changed from double to single (South-West Elevation);-Pergola detailing amended (on the South-West Elevation);-Plant screen modelling amended;-Level 8 Amenity door design amended (from leaf and a half to single);-Decorative motif amended;-Ground Floor Bin Store reconfigured to allow for change in basement venting; and-Blockwork to residential riser in restaurant removed.
