Description

Internal refurbishment and redecoration following water damage including: Remove water and mould damaged plasterboard ceilings from each room; Remove wet insulation from the roof space of each room and replace; Strip and replace wallpaper from each room; Carefully remove skirting boards to allow drying and replace; Clean down and fungicide all walls to kill off mould; Redecorate throughout; Repair any defective electrics caused by the escape of water; Replace water damaged modern built in cupboards; Attempt to dry warped dining room floorboards and replacement if un repairable
