Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plots 31, 36 and 61 reference 22/5238/RMA dated 05/05/2023 (as amended by 23/4874/NMA dated 16 January 2024 and 24/0328/NMA dated 15 March 2024), pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. Amendments are sought to Condition 1 (plans) seeking elevational changes to buildings on Plots 31, 36 and 61; the introduction of a Generator Building, amendments to the scale of the proposed sub-station building and changes to the car parking layout.
