Description

Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 15 reference 21/0070/RMA dated 8th April 2021 (as amended by 23/4890/NMA dated 22 December 2023) pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The application proposes amendments to the wording of Condition 1 (approved drawings) incorporating the following changes:Introduction of a new external amenity space south of the residential amenity space between Blocks A and D;Design changes to Block D Maisonettes to incorporate bedspaces and accessible bathrooms at ground floor level;Façade design amendments including adjustments to balcony positions and fenestration as a result of the refinement of the internal layouts of Blocks A, C and D;Amendments to Block B to incorporate a mechanically opening smoke vents to residential floors, changes to balcony balustrades, and to car park ventilation; Adjustment to window cill design of Blocks B, C and D; Amendments to retail frontage on Blocks A, C and D; Omission of smoke clearance provision within the tank rooms;Amendments to the layout and mix of five wheelchair units within Block B; andRelocation of 2 x M4(3) parking spaces.A new condition, Condition 11 relating to details of Artwork to be installed to the northern elevation of Block C is also proposed.
