Description

Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 25 reference 21/4063/RMA dated 22/10/2021 (as amended by 23/0869/NMA dated 28.04.2023), pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration scheme. The application seeks to update Condition 1 (approved drawings) to make the following changes: design amendments to the landscaping to the Southern Edge of the building along Merchant Street; design changes to the Northern Edge between Plot 25 and the retail park; and interim landscaping arrangements for the Northern Edge along with amendments to the wording of Condition 7 to allow for the occupation of Plot 25 whilst the Northern Edge is being utilised by construction vehicles associated with the construction of Plot 23 and Plot 24.
