Single storey rear extension under a flat lead roof with new French doors and side windows with lower sills. Insertion of a French door in the centre of the rear bay window with lower sills to the ground floor windows. Retention of the side hipped roof on the South East side with the unstable chimney stack rebuilt with a narrower lead roof side extension to the rear. Restoration of the retained dormer windows with arched lead roofs. Addition of a low skylight in the flat crown roof concealed by the surrounding ridge tiles.
