Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 14 and Neighbourhood Square (reference 20/5690/RMA dated 10/03/2021, as amended by 23/1877/NMA dated 28/06/2023, 23/5029/NMA dated 19/01/2024 and 23/1877/NMA dated 28/06/2023) pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The application seeks to make the following changes to the area of public realm referred to as Neighbourhood Square: replacement of High Street concrete wall with steel up stand edge; and removal of planters north of Aviator Drive turning circle to improve access and circulation.
