Submission of details pursuant to Condition 49.1 (Early Works) of planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23/07/2014 for the comprehensive redevelopment of Brent Cross Cricklewood.Works to the Tertiary Street to the west of Plot 22 and 23 and the areas on and around Plots 22, 23 and 24 in Phase 5E. Works to include: site clearance, earthworks, removal of spoil, utility diversions and abandonments and the construction of temporary accesses.
