The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement of Compliance'The application proposes non-material amendments to Plots H and K and includes amendments to the massing and building footprint to accommodate two staircases per core, internal configurations (including the plant and generator rooms, residents communal amenity space and bicycle storage areas), the children's centre to be integrated into the community centre, omission of the NGH housing Office, minor amendments to the landscape design and play space provisions, minor changes to the residential unit mix, including the addition of two (1bed 2person) units, minor changes to the car parking provisions and architectural amendments (including balconies, elevations and materials).
