Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to Reserved Matters Approval 17/2564/RMA dated 02/08/2017 for the approval of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale for Phases 2A (Block E), 2B (Block F) and 2C (Block G) of the Colindale Gardens (Former Peel Centre) development pursuant to outline planning permission reference H/04753/14 dated 23/12/2015 (as amended by S73 Applications 16/7836/S73 dated 05/05/2017 and 19/6445/S73 dated 12/05/2022) involving the erection of 483 units in the form of 42 studios, 136 x 1 bedroom, 203 x 2 bedroom, 98 x 3 bedroom and 4 x 4 bedroom, together with details to discharge the requirements of conditions 55 and 56'.The application proposes non-material amendments to Block E only. This includes amendments to the massing and scale of Block E to accommodate a central corridor, omission of the basement level, internal reconfigurations to the 3 stair cores and the ground floor, minor revisions to sizes of the balconies, minor revisions to the private gardens and the 1st floor terrace landscaping, minor changes to the residential unit mix and minor revisions to the car parking and cycle spaces provisions.
