Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to Condition 1 (Approved Plans) attached to the Reserved Matters Approval 17/6662/RMA for Plot 12 (dated 28/02/2018 and as amended by 20/0362/NMA dated 7 February 2020, 20/1174/NMA dated 4 September 2020, 20/5694/NMA dated 1 April 2021, 21/5981/NMA dated 12 August 2022, 23/2212/NMA dated 4 August 2023, and 23/5028/NMA dated 19 January 2024) within Phase 1B (South) of Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the comprehensive mixed use redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The proposed amendments comprise: Reduction in the number of wheelchair accessible units from 18no. M4(3) wheelchair accessible residential units to 17no. M4(3) wheelchair accessible residential units within the Plot 12 South Block; internal rearrangement of the 17no. M4(3) accessible residential units within the Plot 12 South Block, including adjustment to relevant unit sizes and openings to provide M4(3) compliant units; conversion of two 3-bed residential units to two 2-bed M4(3) wheelchair accessible units; amendment to the mix of private sale residential units including conversion of 2no. Studios into 2no. 1-bed units, and 12no. 2-bed units converted to 12no. 3-bed units; amendments to the private amenity space provision; adjustment to fenestrations on the eastern, southern, western and northern elevations of Plot 12 South Block to provide top-hung windows; a change from three pane fenestrations to two pane fenestrations on the northern elevation of Plot 12 North Block (8th floor); and amendment to the louvred door for the retail cycle store on the western elevation of Plot 12 North Block.
