Description

Non material amendment to planning permission 22/0963/FUL dated 02/03/2022 for `Alignment of the front recessed boundary fence with exiting fence to the south of the site; High net fence to be replaced with new similar finer net fence and the recessed height to be raised to align with the maximum height of the existing fence; Existing lamp posts on the path relocated 800mm to the lower court; New Part M compliant access ramps and landings from the new entrance of the club around an existing mature tree to the existing club house; Construction of new mini club house; Remodelling of existing seating area between courts and general refurbishment.` Amendments include relocation of the existing lamp posts from the path is no longer proposed.
