T2) - Reduce height by 3m and reduce back from building by 1.5m due to its close proximity to building and to keep tree at a size suitable for its location.1 x Alder (applicants ref. T3) - Fell to ground level as tree is leaning very close to the building. Regular maintenance will not improve this situation and prevent it from growing towards the house.
