Description

Internal and external alterations to integrate the main works already consented under application reference ref. 22/3584/LBC, to include: replacement of modern bitumen felt with traditional leadwork and zinc as shown in the roof drawings; renewal of defective leadwork with new leadwork; repairs/improvements to ridge tiles and roof eaves with integrated ventilation system; installation of cast iron downpipe and hopper to improve rainwater discharge, and cast-iron grilles and air bricks, to improve natural ventilation; installation of rooflight to garage flat roof; minor alterations in dimensions and proportions to consented conservation rooflights. Alterations to windows to coach house, and other minor openings. Internal alterations to include reopening of historic fireplace in master bedroom on the first floor, updates in proportions to new door opening, demolition of modern wall nibs and door at first floor level and garage lobby; installation of lightweight partition to boot rooms and other minor alterations as shown in the drawing package
