Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 15 reference 21/0070/RMA dated 8th April 2021 pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The application proposes amendments to the wording of Condition 4 (construction details) and Condition 1 (approved drawings) incorporating the following changes:Additional staircases and lifts added to each of buildings A, B, C and D; Associated changes to risers and smoke ventilations strategies; Changes to apartment plans as a result of the changes to cores and risers and reduction of residential units from 279 to 276;Adjustments to the scale and mass of the buildings including: height increase to Building A, additional massing to the step in Building B, widening of the tower to Building C, and a lengthening of Building D;Re-location of main entrance to the eastern side of the plot;Alterations to the outdoor amenity and play areas;Reduction in number of parking spaces provided at grade within Plot 15 and relocation of market spaces to the shared basement in Plots 12, 13 and 14;Adjustment to the extent and size of the podium and ground level courtyard spaces to accommodate changes in amenity/play areas and parking provision; Rearrangement of the ground floor spaces and circulation strategy;Reconfigured cycle stores at ground level and revised accesses;Changes to servicing access points;Amendments to the location and mix of wheelchair units (with no change to the overall provision);Reduction in retail floorspace at ground floor
