Description

Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plots 31, 36 and 61 reference 22/5238/RMA dated 05/05/2023, pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. Amendments are sought to Condition 1 (approved drawings) to make changes to Plots 31 and 36 including the removal of a floor from Plot 36 taking the building from seven to six stories in height and the addition of a floor on plot 31 raising the building's height from four to five stories in height. Changes include the reconfiguration of the internal layouts of residential units and associated ancillary facilities (Cycle stores, Refuse areas and Plant room) within these blocks. Plot 31 would also be amended to include a second stair and second communal entrance as well as front doors to all ground floor units
