Submission of details pursuant to the partial discharge in respect of the following details sample glazing with window/door frame(s), balustrade and edge detail, and sample areas of brickwork and mortar, of Condition 3 (Materials) of Reserved Matters Approval Plot 12 Reserved Matters application (reference 17/6662/RMA dated 28 February 2018 (as amended by 20/0362/NMA dated 7 February 2020, 20/1174/NMA dated 4 September 2020, 20/5694/NMA dated 1 April 2021, 21/5981/NMA dated 10 August 2022, and 23/2212/NMA dated 4 August 2023) falling within Phase 1B (South) sub-phase of the Section 73 outline planning permission for the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme reference F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014. This partial discharge relates only to the northern Block, Block 12N within the approved reserved matters application 17/6662/RMA this submission partially excludes areas of the ground floor elevations as marked on the plans.
