Description

Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 14 (reference 20/5690/RMA dated 10/03/2021), pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The application seeks to: amend description of development from 281 to 286 units; update Condition 1 (approved plans) to make the following changes:- Basement: layout alterations to align with approved shared basement layout of Plots 12 and 13;- Level 00: inclusion of gym and associated spaces in lieu of management facilities; adjustments to spaces ancillary to residential use including refuse collection store, cycle parking, residential co-working lounge, pet cleaning station, swimming pool tub;- Level 01: removal of external staircase within Upper Courtyard, provision of private terraces to all units facing onto Upper Courtyard; provision of 5 x residential units in lieu of private gym, conversion of 1B2P unit studio;- Level 09: conversion of 3B4P unit to 2B4P Unit;- Level 12: amendments to rooftop communal terrace layout and internalising porch area;- Building Facades: updates to reflect Design for Manufacture and Assembly ('DfMA') method of construction; removal of selected balconies;- Levels 01 to 11: adjustments to indicative layout for selected individual residential units.
