Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to Reserved Matters planning permission 19/6256/RMA dated 2nd July 2020 (as amended by 21/1087/NMA dated 30th April 2021 and 21/4082/NMA dated 21 December 2021) for the New Train Station within Phase 2 (South) (Thameslink Station) sub-phase of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The proposed amendments relate to Condition 1 (Approved Plans) and Condition 8 (Seating Details) to enable design changes to the New Train Station including: addition of an extra entrance doorway on the western façade of the Western Entrance Building; relocation of station signage on the canopy; additional of mesh fencing to boundary; addition of a gate and breeching valve cabinet; additional internal seating and refuge assembly point on ground and first floor; updates to belowground drainage; change to the concourse level ticket office to a manager's office function; removal of the Level Access facility on the slow platforms; addition of an enclosure around air source heat pumps to the north of the Train Drivers' Welfare Building; removal of seating from fast platform; and addition of seating on the Eastern and Western Overbridges. The wording of Condition 8 (Seating Details) is proposed to be amended to reflect updated drawing numbers of the relevant updated plans
