Non material amendment to planning permission 19/6647/FUL dated 22/01/2021 for `Demolition of the existing building, and construction of a part 3, part 4 storey building, comprising 21 residential dwellings with associated cycle parking, amenity space, communal landscaping, refuse and recycling storage.` Amendments include amended window arrangement. New gate to the plant room located on the ground floor, cladding parapet stepping back from the main brick elevations, reconfiguration of the internal layouts. Emergency use external staircase and external walkway on level 1 have been introduced to the South Elevation. Mailboxes have been introduced to the West Elevation. A lift overrun, smoke shaft and AOV shown on elevational drawings. Fixed purge panels, behind fixed louvres, were introduced to flats G.03, 1.03, 2.03. Energy strategy has been amended in accordance with the detailed MEP design. PV Panels Layout has been updated. Refuse store and bike store relocated. Ladders and RWPs have been added to provide maintenance access to the roofs
