Request for an EIA Screening Opinion Under Regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended): Demolition of 214 – 234 Heathway, Mall & Millard Terrace and mixed-use re-development including erection of multiple buildings to provide up to 550 residential units (Use Class C3), minimum of 1,600 sqm of non-residential floorspace (Use Class E and/or community floorspace (Use Class F), and public realm improvements including a public square, new vehicular, cycle and pedestrian access routes, landscaping, amenity and play space, ancillary facilities and cycling spaces. Including two decant developments, 1-18 Jervis Court, Church Elm Lane and 1-4 Rectory Road for demolition of existing buildings and erection of two blocks to provide circa 80-90 residential units (Use Class C3) and associated amenities, and Former Brockelbank Lodge erection of three blocks to provide circa 60-70 residential units (Class C3) and associated amenities.
