Non material amendment to planning permission 19/00028/REM dated 08/07/2020 comprising of relocating 3no. parking bays further along St Mary’s to avoid clashing with existing BT Infrastructure, revised position of 1no. tree pit to St Mary’s to enable tree planting clear of UKPN HV Easement zone, incorporating additional barriers and planters along St Mary’s following relocation of 3no. parking bays to prevent informal parking, relocating 3no. trees to south to avoid clashing with UKPN HV Easement zone and as built HV cable position, and installing an additional line of 2.4m high weldmesh fencing to West elevation in circumstances where the footpath and estate road have not been constructed to that boundary
