Description

Non Material Amendment to planning permission reference 19/01511/REM issued on 05/02/2020. Amendments sought are: 1) introduction of an additional stair core within Blocks D, E, and G along with provision of a second evacuation lift in block F and associated smoke extraction equipment in response to recent changes to fire regulations; 2) alternation to internal layouts of the residential accommodation as a result of the introduction of additional stair core/ lift within Blocks D, E, F and G; 3) reduction in the size of the central recess on the southern elevation in Block G from 1,575mm to 550m to respond to internal layout changes; 4) change to the provision of bulky waste storage in Block F; 5) changes to the refuse store in Blocks F and G; 6) alterations to accommodate an additional escape at ground floor as a result of the introduction of a new stair in Blocks D, E, F and G; 7) as a result of the above changes the proposal will result in an amended unit mix (379 units comprising 137x 1-bedroom (+17), 212 x 2-bedroom (-17) , and 30x 3-bedroom (the same)).
